This fuss-free caramel apple mimosa doesn’t require a cocktail shaker, but it does demand to be the star of your next Instagram post. Bad Apple adds a simple autumnal twist to your classic mimosa.
- 2tbsp caramel
- 2tbsp cinnamon sugar
- 40ml caramel vodka
- 100ml apple cider
- 1 bottle of champagne
- Apple slices
- 1. Pour the caramel into a small dish. Pour the cinnamon sugar into a small dish.
- 2. Dip the rim of each champagne flute into the caramel and then the sugar.
- 3. Pour 25ml of apple cider and 10ml caramel vodka into each flute and top with champagne.
- 4. Garnish with an apple slice and serve.
