This fuss-free caramel apple mimosa doesn’t require a cocktail shaker, but it does demand to be the star of your next Instagram post. Bad Apple adds a simple autumnal twist to your classic mimosa.
2tbsp cinnamon sugar
40ml caramel vodka
100ml apple cider
1 bottle of champagne
1. Pour the caramel into a small dish. Pour the cinnamon sugar into a small dish.
2. Dip the rim of each champagne flute into the caramel and then the sugar.
3. Pour 25ml of apple cider and 10ml caramel vodka into each flute and top with champagne.
4. Garnish with an apple slice and serve.
